Initial Email Setup Service
With this package, after your registration and payment, TeraScape will help you set up your email accounts for you, so you can get straight to work with your new hosting package. This includes up to 12 email addresses. This is a one-time set-up only.
Note: Your account still has unlimited email addresses. We just set up the first 12 for you.

Cost: $30 (one time fee)
Basic Maintenance Service
With the addition of the Basic Maintenance Service contract, TeraScape will set-up, maintain and/or delete upon request any email addresses, databases & domain names on your control panel. This service is handled from our offices, and does not include travel to clients' premeses.

Cost: $200/year
Standard Maintenance Service
With the addition of the Standard Maintenance Service contract, TeraScape will set-up, maintain and/or delete upon request any email addresses, databases & domain names on your control panel. TeraScape also handles updates to clients' website(s) equalling up to 8 hours/month of work. This service is handled from our offices, and does not include travel to clients' premeses.
